Composer of the Week Pack

This pack is for teachers running a ‘Composer of the Week’ series or seeking to bring a more diverse range of composers into their lessons. It is suitable for both primary and secondary teachers and has been designed to save you time and energy finding suitable pieces to play. There are 40 weeks’ worth of music included in this pack.

Composers who feature on the the Model Music Curriculum (MMC) are clearly highlighted on each sheet. 38 out of the 40 composers can be found on the MMC.

This pack contains:

• 40 x Composer sheets – each sheet contains key information, 5 interesting facts, 6 selected pieces (with link to playlist) & a related ‘Further listening’ composer to explore.
